CRUSTLESS LOW-CARB QUICHE
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c grated cheese (cheddar, swiss, or mozzarella)
1 lb bacon
1 onion
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grease 9 inch pie pan and set aside 
- Cook bacon till crispy 
- Combine milk and eggs and whisk together 
- Add remaining ingredients to egg and milk mixture 
- Pour mixture into prepared pan. Stir to be sure filling is distributed 
- Bake quiche 45 - 50 minutes till golden and set 
- Remove from oven and let cool 
preheat oven to 375 degrees F
